Administration
The Admin is the person ultimately responsible for the MUD itself. He is the main coder, the top policy advisor, and handles anything, not specifically covered by one of the other departments, that may arise.

Departments
There are four main departments that make up the staff of AR:TTA. They are listed below with a brief synopsis of their responsibilities, the head of each department, and those who work with the department head.
Coding

The Coding team works with the Administration to see that issues (bugs) are resolved and new features are added that are appropriate for the MUD. The coding staff answer directly to the Administrator.

World Design

The World Design staff are those responsible for world continuity and world coherence. They make certain that the world of AR:TTA adheres to the mythos set up for it. Additionally, they work with the Quest & Interactivity team, as well we the Role-playing team, with regards to design and implementation issues on a world-wide scale.

Quest & Interactivity

The Quest & Interactivity team are those responsible for putting life into the non-player creatures of the world. They create quests for players to embark upon, and work on making the world, as a whole, as interactive as possible, to lend an air of "life" into the computer-run facets of the MUD.

Role-Playing

The Role-Playing staff are those people hired by AR:TTA to provide support for the various stories that go on. If special props are needed, or interactivity with an NPC is needed beyond what the Quest & Interactivity team have created, it is their job to attempt to provide what is needed. They are also those who have the responsibility of making sure that RP tools (commands in the MUD code) are available, and the Head of RP will bring needs not yet available to the attention of the Head Administrator.

Public Relations

The Public Relations department is responsible for the monthly posting of ads for AR:TTA on various web-boards and newsgroups for MUDs, as well as creating and organizing RL advertising campaigns and techniques.
